The Sundance or Dowd Hideout have all the amenities plus a lot of extras for 8 up to 10 people with 2 bedrooms & two baths, one with a master king size bedroom and one Bunk Room with two twin XL bunk beds!

This Contemporary Two bedrooms Mountain Cabin has Accommodations up to 14 people with two bathrooms.  One master bedroom with a king size bed and one Bunk Room with two twin XL bunk beds for 4 People. It has a full kitchen with Housewares, Stove with Oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The large dining area is equipped with Dining Table for 8 people. The loft overlooking open living room with Direct TV Service is equipped with a queen-sized pull-out couch. There are also two loft areas where guests could bring air mattresses or sleeping pads for children to sleep on. The glass patio doors providing plenty of natural light and a natural flow to go outside.  A private backyard with the Gas BBQ Grills and patio is a great addition to the large open cabin allowing your group to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Moreover, central heating, air conditioning and even underfloor heating is present.

There are 3 Wild Bunch Hideouts at the Dutch John Resort with a beautiful mountain Backdrop. These cabins can be rented individually or together for large gatherings. These 3 Luxury Mountain Cabins are bunched in a semi-circle.  Each has sliding glass doors that open onto a patio with a BBQ Grill and an extra-large yard that shares a group fire pit. There is plenty of outdoor space for buffet tents, group gatherings, and games.

Pets are allowed for a cleaning fee.

The Moose or Fish Cabin include a bathroom with a shower.
Air conditioning or heating is also present.
Two individual bedrooms. One bedroom with a queen size bed.
One bedroom with two bunkbeds, full size on bottom & twin on top.
And a full-size pull-out couch for 2 people.

The cabin has a kitchenette with housewares, coffeemaker,
microwave & mini refrigerator, table and chairs, stovetop, and sink.
It also has a TV with DirecTV service. 
A large deck with BBQ grill, picnic table & private firepit.

Perfect for families & groups.

These Cabins have two carpeted bedrooms upstairs one with a king size bed and the other with three twin size beds, Two bathrooms, full Bath upstairs and 1/4 bath on the main floor, a kitchenette with housewares, stove top, full size refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. They also have a big living space and a larg room for extra comfort with a queen sized pull-out couch in the living room. There’s a Direct TV Serbice. In addition, central heating and air conditioning. Outside are shared picnic tables and firepits.

The contemporary style one Sunrise Cottages have two twin’s beds with a set of bunk beds. Accommodations for 4 people include a microwave, mini refrigerator, and a table with seating.

There is also heating and air conditioning, as well as TV with DVD player.
Outside there is a barbecue gazebo with a BBQ grill, picnic tables and fire pits.

There are NO restrooms in the cottages.
The public toilets, washrooms and shower house are conveniently located right nearby.
Pets are allowed for a cleaning fee.

The Scout Cabins are a primitive one room bunker that feature 2 large bunk beds that are meant for 4 people.  The bunks are so big that some couples have comfortably shared one bunk.
When you rent a Scout Cabin, you will bring your own sleeping bags because these cabins do not come with bedding. 
Each cabin has a small table for two people and electricity with lights and a fan.
Outside you have your own fire ring & a picnic table.

There are NO bedding, NO bathroom, NO AIR conditioning, NO heater and NO TV in the cottages.
(You can bring your own Portable Electric Heater to plug into our outlets at no extra charge)
The public toilets, washrooms and shower house are conveniently located right nearby.
